This offer is sold as a bundle. Because of this, a full refund is only available when the entire bundle is returned.
To receive a refund, you must return:

We want you to love your purchase. If your Vital frame or sunglasses aren’t the right fit, or you simply changed your mind, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of receiving your order.
How It Works for New Zealand Purchases, made through this website:

We’ll email you a prepaid courier ticket so you don’t need to worry about return shipping costs.
To Start a Return or Exchange:

Complete the Return Form within 30 days of receiving your order

Include your order number or a copy of your receipt so we can verify your purchase.

We’ll email you back with instructions and a courier ticket for the return.

You’ll have 14 more days to send the product back to us once you've received the courier ticket.
