How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship same day Mon-Fri. You can expect your order to arrive within 1-3 working days.
All orders are tracked. You will receive a tracking number with the email confirmation of your order.
How are the glasses packaged to ensure safe delivery?
All Vital frames are delivered to you safely in a sturdy box, and each pair of glasses comes with a protective, recycled vinyl sleeve and a cleaning cloth for added care.
What is the cost of shipping?
It's free for all Vital frames! If you're purchasing the cleaning and care products only, shipping is $10.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship within New Zealand only. We hope to add other countries over time.
Returns & Refunds
Your happiness is guaranteed at Vital Eyewear. We offer a 'Try a Pair' service for 30 days so if it's not the right style or fit, simply return your glasses for a full refund or exchange. Please view terms and all other exchange and refund FAQs below.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes! You have 30 days from receiving your order to return or exchange your glasses. Just make sure they’re in the original condition.
Do I need to pay for the return postage?
No, we will send you a prepaid courier ticket.
How do I return my frames?
Please complete this form with your order confirmation number and we will arrange return shipping at no additional cost to you.
