Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If your Vital frame or sunglasses aren’t the right fit, or you simply changed your mind, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of receiving your order.

How It Works for New Zealand Purchases, made through this website:

  • We’ll email you a prepaid courier ticket so you don’t need to worry about return shipping costs.

To Start a Return or Exchange:
  1. Complete this form within 30 days of receiving your order 
  2. Include your order number or a copy of your receipt so we can verify your purchase.
  3. We’ll email you back with instructions and a prepaid courier ticket for the return.
  4. You’ll have 14 more days to send the product back to us once you've received the courier ticket.

Return Conditions:
  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and unmarked.
  • Must be returned in original packaging, including:
    • Box
    • Cards
    • Pouch
    • Cloth (must be unopened)
  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted once per order - no further returns or exchanges on replacement items.

What You Can’t Return:
  • Cloths
  • Luxury hard cases
  • Cleaning solution

    These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned goods in unused condition, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible.
